Pit-Type Annealing Furnac

The pit-type annealing furnace features a pit-shaped shell, insulated with high-alumina refractory bricks and aluminum silicate fiber. It is primarily suitable for annealing metal parts such as coiled wire, long shafts, rods, and pipes. After annealing, the workpieces exhibit minimal oxidation and no decarburization, leaving them clean and tidy. The equipment consists of an electric furnace body, furnace lining, furnace cover, heating elements, and a temperature-controlled cabinet.

1. The furnace structure is welded from sections of steel and steel plates, and the furnace cover is manually operated.
2. The furnace cover is welded from sections of steel in a circular shape, with the center section constructed entirely of extruded, refractory aluminum silicate fiber blankets, ensuring excellent thermal insulation and sealing.
3. The heating element utilizes high-temperature resistance bands for extended service life and resistance to breakage.
4. Long rod-shaped workpieces, such as turbine shafts and rotors, are heated vertically within the pit furnace to avoid bending and deformation.
5. Some furnace models can be heated with inert gas.
