After you receive the equipment, we will send engineers to your workshop to provide on-site services including installation, debugging, and operator training—we will not conclude the service until the machines operate normally.
We use reinforced packaging (wooden boxes + steel wire fixing) and purchase transportation insurance. If damage occurs, please provide a logistics damage certificate and photos within 7 days of receiving the goods—we will provide free replacement of damaged parts or arrange maintenance.
