The trolley furnace is a cycle-operated electric furnace. It is primarily used for annealing and tempering heat treatments of forgings, high-manganese steel, rolls, steel balls, 45 steel, stainless steel, and various mechanical parts. This box-type furnace consists of a furnace shell, lining, trolley, heating elements, furnace door, and control cabinet.

1. The furnace lining is made of ultra-light, energy-saving, refractory fiber.
2. The trolley lining is constructed of insulating bricks and refractory bricks for excellent insulation.
3. The heating element is a U-shaped, high-resistance alloy strip installed on both sides of the furnace, the furnace door, the rear wall, and the trolley.
4. The furnace door is automatically sealed using its own weight.
5. No foundation installation is required; simply place it on a level surface.
