Regenerative gas-fired aluminum melting furnace

  • A wide range of models, with loading capacities ranging from 2 to 100 tons and melting rates of 3 to 12 tons/hour.
  • The furnace body utilizes section steel as its frame and steel plates with a thickness of 8mm or greater for its surface, resulting in a welded seal and minimal heat loss.
  • The furnace door and opening are sealed with a spring-loaded compression mechanism and soft-edge sealing devices, effectively preventing heat from escaping.

Introduction

Regenerative aluminum melting furnaces place scrap aluminum or aluminum alloys in a molten bath, where they use a combustion flame to melt the material, remove impurities, and further adjust the alloy composition to meet the required process standards and temperature requirements. Furnaces are available in tilting, fixed, rectangular, and circular configurations. They can be used with natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, heavy oil, and diesel.

Features
