Regenerative aluminum melting furnaces place scrap aluminum or aluminum alloys in a molten bath, where they use a combustion flame to melt the material, remove impurities, and further adjust the alloy composition to meet the required process standards and temperature requirements. Furnaces are available in tilting, fixed, rectangular, and circular configurations. They can be used with natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, heavy oil, and diesel.

4.  The PLC regenerative combustion automatic control system immediately activates an alarm signal upon detecting any safety anomalies.
5. The equipment is easy to operate, with fully automated control of the entire combustion process, including automatic ignition, automatic combustion, automatic reversing, automatic temperature control, system self-diagnosis and flameout protection, and safety features.
